CAPRI is another 5-star home from Desert Luxury Vacations!
This executive home is turn-key ready for your arrival with luxury furnishings & decor, high thread count linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen & 5-star hotel quality amenities and extras.
From the custom built stone front courtyard with fountain and cozy sitting area, spreading palms and lush landscaping in the front to the sparkling heated custom pool and spa in the rear yard…everything in between reflects luxury, good taste and comfort.
Capri’s Family Room features a wide screen 60-inch High-definition TV with Blu-Ray HD-DVD player and Sony Playstation. The Family Room also has a gas fireplace and views to the landscaped rear yard and pool area.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, a 5-burner gas cooktop, refrigerator with ice and water dispensers in the door, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double-oven, and microwave. All the pots, pans and utensils you might need are here.
The formal Dining Room has seating for 6. The kitchen nook has a table that seats 4. You can seat 4 at the kitchen counter on 4 barstools. There is outdoor dining near the pool with table and chairs for four and 3 barstools at the BBQ. Total seating capacity: 21
Relax on the large covered back patio area around the private and heated pool, with a raised spa with waterfall spillway, and an in-home pool controller that allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house. There is also a large built in stainless steel gas barbecue in a tile island on the back patio, a large conversation fire-pit, and more in a large landscaped rear yard that is designed and built for gracious entertaining!
Capri has the amenity everyone wants: a separate detached Casita! The Capri Casita is ultra-private and entered via the front courtyard through double entry doors. It has a spacious bedroom with a King bed, a “kitchenette” with stainless appliances: microwave, refrigerator, slab granite counters and a stainless kitchen sink. There is a full private attached bath with custom tile and a walk-in closet. Other amenities include HDTV, phone, clock radio, ceiling fan and plantation shutters.
The large Master Suite has a King bed, HDTV, private bath area with dual sinks and vanity, an oversize custom tiled shower & a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. There is an extra-large walk-in closet. A French door leads out to the pool/spa area in the landscaped rear yard.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom #3 has two XL Twin beds, Bedroom #4 has a Queen Murphy bed built-in wall unit that can be used as a bedroom or game room; your choice, and Bedroom #5 is the detached Casita with a King bed. There is also an available Queen Aero-bed and twin rollaway bed, along with the Queen sofa bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, clock radios and telephones.
Capri is centrally located…close to El Paseo and Westfield mall shopping, just a few minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and top golf courses, and 2 blocks away from Freedom Park, Palm Desert’s newest and nicest public park, which features 2 tennis courts, 3 basketball courts, 2 volleyball courts, a dog park, skate park, picnic areas, covered tables, children’s playground, and more.
Parking available for 4 cars only. Others may park outside of the gates of Capri. Please take parking restrictions and extra sensitive neighbors into account when deciding on number of adults. Families encouraged. No parties.
