Presented by Desert Luxury Vacations. 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bath upscale vacation rental in the La Quinta area of Palm Springs. “Esperanza” is a 3,450 sq. ft. luxury executive home in a wonderful gated community that sleeps 10-13 people. The large 1/2 acre lot is beautifully landscaped, and features a custom pool, spa, waterfall and outdoor furnishings for entertaining, dining, lounging and swimming.
This spacious one level home is tastefully upgraded with custom paint, granite & tile work, fireplace and much more. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double oven with convection, microwave, and refrigerator with ice & water dispensers.
The Family Room features a big screen High-Definition TV with DVD and VHS, and a separate Liquor Cabinet/Bar Table. The Dining Room table seats 8, plus another 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
The Living Room/Game Room features a full-size pool table. There is a work desk area in the dining room (with available printer/fax machine) and another desk in the Den/Bedroom #5 for that “working vacation”.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, TV with DVD, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tiled shower and spacious master closet. Bed summary: A total of 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2-XL Twins, an available Rollaway twin bed, and a deluxe raised Queen air-bed. The home comfortably sleeps 10 people…13 using the rollaway and Queen air-beds. There are 8 separate bed units available. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Relax on the large back patio area of this La Quinta area executive home around the private and heated custom salt-water pool & spa with super soft water system, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm trees and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, as the steaks are sizzling on the propane barbecue. There are 4 chaise lounge chairs, plus the rear yard has two tables; one large and one small with a total of 6 outdoor dining chairs.
Watch classic & current hit movies from the DVD and VHS library. Pick out a book to read from the mini-library. There are plenty of board and table games. There is even an extra set of golf clubs in the closet!
Other amenities include telephone with free local and unlimited long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a fully-equipped laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. There is extra parking space behind the fence if you want to bring your boat and plan a side trip over to the Colorado River!
