This spacious 5700 square foot luxury estate features 5 bedrooms/4.5 baths. One of the bedrooms/baths is a guest home with a private patio, mountain views, mini kitchen, living room with queen bed couch, bedroom and full bath. The estate accommodates up to 12 guests.
Once you pass through the exquisite double reeded glass front doors into the entryway and gaze upon breathtaking mountain views, lush gardens, pool, spa, guest house, soothing designer interior, custom art work and a gourmet stainless steel kitchen you will believe this is the ultimate desert hideaway.
The living area is magnificently decorated with plush furniture in breathtaking desert colors, and stunning art work. The great room features a 60 inch flat screen plasma TV, gaming systems, free standing leather backgammon table with leather ottomans, wet bar with marble counter top and refrigerator. To augment your incredible experience the living area showcases a state of the art glass/crystal fireplace, double sliding glass doors on either side of the house highlighting the spectacular mountain views, gardens and pool area.
An impressive up to date gourmet stainless steel kitchen features a sub-zero fridge, wolf cook top, two ovens, a microwave, wine cooler, dual dishwasher, Brazilian wood cabinets, large marble center island, and separate informal dining area overlooking the pool. The formal dining area features a dramatic 8 foot granite tabletop with 8 luxurious chairs, and eye-catching artwork.
