Known as the hidden jewel of the desert, Indian Palms Country Club and Resort is situated on a square mile just east of Palm Springs, offering sweeping views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. If you’ve come for golf there is a recently revitalized 27-hole championship golf course and three nine hole courses – the Mountain, Royal and Indian nines. There are also tennis courts, dining in the restaurant and beautiful grounds to explore.
The house is situated on a beautiful green belt with mountain views, walking trails, mature landscaping and water features. The golf course is right across your street, practically in your front yard. Relax in your private saltwater pool & spa (with a children’s pool as well!), BBQ or converse around the built in fire-pit.
The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, sliding door out to the pool, views and jetted jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms both have double beds and there is a sofa bed available for use.
The spacious great room flows into the kitchen with a dining table for 6, and eating bar at the slab granite countertops. Included in the great room is a den area with couch and extra table seating for 4. The laundry room has a washer & dryer.
Indian Palms is our lowest priced home that still has a private pool and spa. It is our go-to home to recommend to groups on a tighter budget. Very light and bright, this home is a great place to relax and take in all that the Coachella Valley has to offer.
